Job Description:
  • Attend onboard for maintenance, inspection, repair, troubleshooting, and modification activities. Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of onsite equipment.
  • Manage field activities, job scheduling, and service coordination. Resolve malfunctions and oversee repairs and technical improvements.
  • Install new systems and technology on-site. Supervise and direct technicians/engineers during service assignments.
  • Prepare detailed service reports including job progress, working/traveling time, technical advice, and recommendations.

Gather customer feedback to support service improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve service and project objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Diploma/ Degree in Marine/Electrical/Mechanical or related field
  • 3 - 5 years of electrical experience. Strong eagerness to learn and acquire skills for new products, systems, and tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams). Knowledge in Marine Engines (Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, or Pneumatic systems).
