Vice President Learning Experience
The Vice President of Learning Experience is responsible for designing and delivering all learning deliverables, as well as managing learning programs across a variety of core curriculum courses.
This role offers the rare opportunity for an experienced Learning professional to partner with an in-house Talent Management team and work on designing business-related training needs in a highly consultative and collaborative team and organizational dynamic.
Whilst supporting the region, this role will also have responsibilities of a global scope, helping design, deliver, and manage cross-divisional and cross-region training and events.
The role offers a high degree of autonomy but also requires an ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced industry, managing multiple pieces of work with competing deadlines and maintaining relationships with a broad range of stakeholders and colleagues.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree as a minimum and a minimum of 7 years' experience in Learning & Development, or Talent Management, or HR.
They must have a minimum of 5 years of experience designing learning content and be able to facilitate and deliver learning interventions, both in person and online.
The candidate should possess strong project and learning program management skills, excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills, and be proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
A 'hands-on' approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:- Design and deliver learning programs across a variety of core curriculum courses
- Partner with Talent Management Leads to address Learning needs and design interventions focused on supporting tailored business strategies
- Form collaborative partnerships with the HR Business Partners and key business stakeholders to execute impactful learning design and delivery
- Source and manage vendors, working closely with the regional Talent coordinator and Talent Shared Services team
- Bachelor's Degree as a minimum
- Minimum of 7 years' professional experience in Learning & Development, or Talent Management, or HR
- Minimum of 5 years of experience designing learning content
- Experience in and passion for facilitation and delivery of learning interventions, in person and online
- Strong project and learning program management skills
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
