Job Title: Carpark Operations SpecialistJob Summary:

The role of a carpark operations specialist is to oversee the daily management of a carpark, ensuring efficient revenue generation and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage carpark operations to ensure seamless day-to-day activities
  • Supervise staff members, including those responsible for One Fullerton Taxi Stand and precinct cleanliness
  • Monitor safety and security protocols, reporting incidents and implementing preventive measures
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep
  • Oversee carpark maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, coordinating with contractors and suppliers
  • Analyze usage patterns and optimize parking capacity to meet demand
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth
Requirements:
  • Degree or relevant qualifications (e.g. business administration, facilities management)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in carpark management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and guide staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with customers, staff, and stakeholders
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with carpark operations, safety protocols, and relevant regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
