Executive, Carpark Management

**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Security and Fire Safety, you will assist with daily operations for carpark management and security systems. You will monitor and ensure that the operating systems are functioning well, mitigate potential risks, troubleshoot and propose preventative and corrective actions required. You are expected to assist with work process reviews, assessing operational gaps and recommend enhancements to rectify the issues identified. In addition, you will oversee the implementation of digitalization projects, audit of the security system assets and recommend new initiatives for the operations.

Job Requirements

Degree with 2 years’ experience in security and carpark management or Diploma with 10 years’ experience in security and carpark management
Certified Fire Safety Manager
Strong technical knowledge in security systems such as CCTV /Access Control
Self-motivated and independent with strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet deadlines
Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Experience as non-commissioned officer with SCDF / SPF
