Senior Manager, Higher Education Policy

As a senior manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of higher education in Singapore. You will be part of a dynamic team that formulates, reviews and implements policies to develop the higher education landscape.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with stakeholders, including autonomous universities, other government agencies and industry partners. You will have the chance to develop your analytical and strategic skills, working on a wide range of policy and operational considerations.
The role involves formulating, reviewing and implementing policies concerning the autonomous university sector. This includes preparing students for work and life, building on the strengths and reputations of the universities and further enhancing their reputation.
You will also conduct longer-term strategic planning, assessing opportunities and representing the interests of the autonomous university sector in international collaborations.
Key responsibilities include guiding the universities on the operationalisation of policies, providing support to Ministry-level divisions and undertaking engagement activities both locally and internationally.
