Logistics Operations Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to manage the movement and storage of goods, including coordinating transportation and managing inventory.

This role involves processing and receiving orders, documenting shipments, and liaising with suppliers and customers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively, and possess excellent communication skills.

The Logistics Operations Specialist will track shipments using software and ensure regulatory compliance. They will also resolve logistical issues with forwarders and optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Outlook: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and email management.
