Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Manager to lead the development of digital content strategies, design engaging curriculum, and produce high-quality content that meets our National Education (NE), Total Defence (TD), and community engagement objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement content strategies that drive engagement and meet business objectives
  • Design educational curriculum that is effective, relevant, and engaging for target audiences
  • Create high-quality content that resonates with public and target audiences
  • Evaluate programme outcomes and adjust content strategies accordingly
  • Monitor engagement trends and make data-driven decisions to improve content effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Education in Communications Studies, Humanities, or Social Sciences
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in content development or editorial work is preferred
  • Experience in social media content creation and publishing is an asset
