Digital Content Strategist

The role of a Digital Content Strategist involves developing and executing content plans across various digital platforms to engage audiences and enhance brand awareness.
This position requires a strong understanding of digital trends, audience behaviour, and content performance analytics to inform content decisions.
Main Responsibilities- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video content that align with brand messaging.
- Capture high-quality video and photo content, managing off-premises and in-house shoots.
- Edit and enhance videos with motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects for engaging final outputs.
- Adapt and format content for different digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Website, Digital Directories etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams to align content strategies with business objectives, campaigns, promotions, and enhances brand storytelling.
- Oversee talent and resource coordination to ensure efficient planning, scheduling, and support for seamless content production and delivery.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Research and identify digital content trends, emerging formats, and audience interests to shape content themes and strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Film, Communications, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in content creation, videography, and post-production editing.
- Proficiency in filming equipment, lighting, and audio setup.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation. Strong video editing skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom) or similar software.
- Ability to craft compelling visual stories that engage diverse audiences.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
