- Train and mentor new service crew members to reach their full potential
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and management to guarantee seamless service delivery
- Prior experience in a supervisory role within F&B
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on approach and a team-first mindset
