
Customer Experience Leader

Job Description:As a Customer Experience Leader, you will be responsible for creating an unforgettable customer experience, working closely with our Area Manager to develop and implement local business strategies. You will lead by example, coaching your team to deliver excellent customer service every day.
- Develop daily objectives and actions to drive sales and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Create monthly plans, including optimal staffing, based on productivity targets
- Ensure excellent store administration, manage budgets, and update financial performance records
- Manage inventory and day-to-day operations, including stockroom standards and cleanliness
- Drive employee wellbeing and engagement through regular one-on-one meetings and team meetings
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Store Manager in retail or hospitality
- Strong people management skills, including communication, motivation, coaching, connection, and inspiration
- Experience in sharing knowledge to drive behavioral change and develop others
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
