Senior Electrical Project Coordinator Role

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of electrical projects within the built environment. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables.
- Evaluate change orders and variations to ensure financial viability.
- Review electrical engineering designs, specifications, and drawings.
- Collaborate with design consultants and contractors on technical aspects.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and address unforeseen challenges.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and promote best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 10 years of working experience in project management within the built environment, specifically in electrical work installation projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Possess good leadership qualities.
- Driving license and own car.
