Job Title: Electrical Project Coordinator

Role Overview:

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented Electrical Project Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in electrical engineering, with experience in commissioning and testing. They will be responsible for coordinating project improvements related to Quality, Costs, and Delivery time.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Project coordination: Assist in coordinating project improvements related to Quality, Costs, and Delivery time.
  • Process enhancement: Propose improvements for Testing & Commissioning (T&C) methodologies and processes.
  • Planning and estimation: Plan and prepare estimations for T&C activities to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Quality assurance: Ensure traceability between Requirements and Test results, maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Testing platform setup: Assist in designing and setting up testing platforms for optimal performance.
  • Documentation and testing: Prepare and perform T&C activities, including documentation, software installation, and survey reports.
  • On-site collaboration: Conduct on-site testing work with clients and Designated Contractors, fostering strong partnerships.
  • Problem-solving: Investigate system faults and provide comprehensive root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
  • Standards compliance: Ensure the application of corporate standards and operation processes in T&C activities.
  • Quality management: Prepare and handle Quality Reviews to maintain excellence in project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Educational background: Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of related working experience is preferred. Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for Senior/Manager roles.
  • Organizational skills: Demonstrate good organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
  • Communication prowess: Exhibit strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinking: Showcase good analytical skills to solve complex problems and provide insightful reports.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in electrical engineering and have relevant experience in commissioning and testing.
