Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the facility, including offices, common areas, and restrooms.
  • Empty trash and recyclables on a regular basis and ensure that all waste is disposed of properly.
  • Clean and disinfect all surfaces, including floors, walls, and equipment, to prevent the spread of germs and illnesses.
  • Restock supplies, including paper products, soap, and toilet paper, as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
