The Facility Maintenance Specialist will assist the M&E Facility Executive in coordinating operations and maintenance activities to ensure clean, safe, and functional environments. This includes retrofitting works in the office and GMP facility. Responsibilities will include performing risk assessments to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices, communicating with relevant personnel, and liaising with third-party service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating operations and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
