Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in overseeing menu planning, inventory management, and food cost control to maintain profitability and quality standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure dishes are prepared according to company requirements and health safety standards
- Coach and motivate team members to maintain quality and standards of cooking while adhering to health and safety regulations
- Stay updated on current culinary trends to supervise, coach, and motivate the team in the kitchen
Requirements:
- Ability to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Possess initiative, hardworking attitude, and positive learning disposition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and customer service
