- Accurately document patients' progress and maintain accurate records, providing valuable insights for future treatment decisions.
- Prioritize professional development and seek support from supervisors or colleagues when required, recognizing the importance of ongoing learning and collaboration.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes, leveraging your expertise and experience to drive results.
- Participate in initiatives to improve clinical services and processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
- Contribute to the education and training of occupational therapy students, sharing your knowledge and expertise to shape the next generation of therapists.
- Develop and deliver in-service training programs and educational talks to promote professional growth and enhance staff skills.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy, demonstrating a strong foundation in theoretical principles and practical applications.
- Interest in working in Geriatrics, Neurology, Orthopedics (including hand therapy), and Palliative Care, showcasing your adaptability and enthusiasm for diverse settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and independently, balancing teamwork with autonomy and self-motivation.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, facilitating efficient documentation and data management.
