Transaction Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our transaction management team. The ideal candidate will have experience in loan origination and lifecycle management, process and technology implementation, data quality and control assurance, transaction coordination and troubleshooting, and risk management and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage priorities independently.
  • High proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft programs, with familiarity with Tableau or other visualization tools, and experience with Loan IQ or similar transaction capture tools.
  • Developed analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated client relationship and solution skills.
