Production Operations Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled production professional to join our workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out hands-on production and assembly work in accordance with work instructions and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out production and assembly work as per work instructions and safety regulations.
  • Perform verification tests at sub-assembly levels and conduct failure analysis.
  • Maintain good production records and ensure housekeeping standards are met.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with the engineering and project teams to resolve issues, provide feedback, and drive productivity improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • NITEC or technical education in electrical engineering is required.
  • Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Able to use basic production jigs and tools.
  • Possess good communication and organizational skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuously improving productivity.
