Culinary Professional Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of food, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality control, and ensuring efficient and effective kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and cooking dishes
  • Prepare and cook food in all areas of the kitchen as directed by senior chefs
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and quality control throughout the kitchen
  • Coordinate food production, stock, and quality to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Ensure stations are organized for timely meal service and maintain a clean and orderly work environment
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Possession of a Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Motivated team player with excellent communication skills
