Job Title

A Senior Financial Professional is required to lead our finance function in a high-growth startup. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including document review, ledger entries, and reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate and support external audit processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations, including GST and other statutory filings.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strengthen internal controls and compliance frameworks to enhance operational integrity.
  • Lead corporate financing initiatives from structuring to execution, including documentation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Conduct financial modeling and risk analysis to support strategic funding decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in finance roles, preferably in a high-growth startup.
  • Independent and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with financial institutions.
