**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the Singapore and regional finance team to drive operational excellence and financial discipline.
- Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and lead global compliance and audit processes.
- Optimize cross-border cash flow, manage treasury operations, and develop FX risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal company policies.
- Supervise month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Deliver strategic financial analysis to support business growth, planning, and informed decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong command of both **English and Chinese**for effective communication in a multicultural setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or ACCA certification preferred.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience, ideally combining Big 4 (audit/tax) and in-house corporate finance roles.
- Strong expertise in IFRS, cross-border treasury management, and international tax structures. APAC or global project experience is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with agility, ownership, and resilience under pressure.
