Regional Senior IT Manager

This is a critical leadership role that will drive technology transformation across Asia.

About the Role:
  • The Regional Senior IT Manager will lead daily IT operations, ensuring systems and infrastructure are secure, stable, and scalable.
  • This individual will oversee ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) and other business-critical applications.
  • They will drive IT strategy in alignment with business goals, partnering closely with leadership across multiple markets.
  • The successful candidate will ensure strong IT governance, cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management.
  • Key responsibilities include leading IT projects and system rollouts, including upgrades, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • The manager will also be responsible for managing budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships to deliver cost-effective and value-driven IT services.
  • Finally, they will build, mentor, and inspire a capable IT team to deliver high-quality service and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven track record in IT management, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 ERP) or other enterprise platforms.
  • Strong expertise in IT operations, governance, and cybersecurity.
  • Experience in managing cross-border projects and working with regional teams is a plus.
  • Leadership mindset, with the ability to balance strategic vision and hands-on execution.
