Establish a highly skilled team to design, develop and deploy cutting-edge autonomous drone systems for real-world applications.

About the Role:
  • Create and implement drone system architectures from flight controllers to payloads, telemetry, and companion computing modules.
  • Customize and fine-tune ArduPilot firmware to optimize performance, autonomy and reliability in complex environments.
  • Lead and oversee the execution of projects from client briefing to final flight testing, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to define technical requirements, provide solutions and negotiate project scope and expectations.
  • Assume full responsibility for system integration, testing, documentation and post-deployment support, guaranteeing seamless operation and minimal downtime.
Requirements:
  • No less than 5 years of experience in drone development (hardware and firmware).
  • Expert-level knowledge of ArduPilot, MAVLink, Mission Planner, tuning and debugging techniques.
  • Strong skills in C/C++, Python and systems integration.
  • Able to lead technically, troubleshoot across hardware and software, and manage project execution.
  • Bonus points for experience with PX4, ROS, UAVCAN or leading full-stack UAV projects.
