**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator to join our Education Development Office team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Associate Director of Education and contribute to the management of residency programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide secretariat support for program sub-committees and meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up action items.
  • Manage and supervise the administration of the evaluation and assessment of the program.
  • Liaise with departments on training programs and oversee the preparation of documentation for audits.

**Requirements:** A diploma or degree in a related field and relevant experience in office administration or education administration are required. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
