Job Summary

The Residency Training Coordinator will assist in the appointment of faculty members and keep record of their involvement.

  • Key Duties:
  • Dissemination of training-related information appropriately and timely to faculty.
  • Tracking of faculty attendance in common and program-specific faculty development programmes.
  • Monitoring and tracking end-of-posting evaluation of programs; and faculty.
  • Collaboration with HR and department on resident appraisal.
Responsibilities Overview
  • Family Group: Administration (80%)
  • Program Management
  • Administering and Maintaining a Conducive Educational Environment
  • Data Collection and Analysis for Continuous Improvement
  • Funding and Department Assets Monitoring
  • Preparation of Documentation for Audit

General Responsibilities:

  • Publicity support, inclusive of content and materials collation.
  • Policies and procedures pertaining to the program and/or the site.
