Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator for HVAC and Building Management Systems

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced project coordinator to oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, execution, and handover.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in HVAC & BMS system design and installation, with a strong understanding of local codes, safety standards, and procedures.

Responsibilities include supervising site teams, engineers, WSH coordinators, and subcontractors, as well as monitoring project progress, conducting site inspections, and managing schedules.

Additional duties include handling monthly progress claims, variation orders, and extension of time, as well as managing all technical documentation.

The successful candidate will also plan manpower, forecast resources, and resolve site issues proactively, while coordinating testing, commissioning, O&M manual, and DLP documentation.

Key requirements include a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field, with proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and other related software.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in HVAC & BMS system design and installation.
  • Strong understanding of local codes, safety standards, and procedures.
  • Ability to supervise site teams, engineers, WSH coordinators, and subcontractors.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
