About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Strategist to join our team at Razer. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for managing the global product roadmap and driving the evolution of our peripherals products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs to inform product development decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to life, including Engineering, Design, and Marketing.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps to drive long-term success and growth.
  • Prioritize features and evaluate trade-offs to ensure timely and successful product launches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of end-to-end product management experience, preferably in related industries.
  • Experience working with product development life cycles (software and hardware) and ODM/CM working models.
  • Curious and loves learning about technical products.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing environments and competing priorities.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on national averages and may vary depending on local market conditions.
