Job Responsibilities :
Consistently create a welcoming environment for the customer by greeting and assisting; as well as quickly responding to their inquiries and needs.
Be knowledgeable in all merchandise categories and able to make appropriate suggestions to the customers.
Ensure that all customers receive high quality of service and quality merchandise.
Demonstrate consistent behaviors of the best R.A.Z.E.R. experience to all customers.
Regularly communicate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to keep informed on product knowledge, USPs, and consumer benefits across all product lines.
Oversee and be involved in the maintenance of the store, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
Stock and organize merchandise as necessary.
Oversee and be involved in the execution of the product display and remerchandising as directed by the store management team.
Oversee and be involved in receiving regular deliveries and replenishing sales floor in a timely manner.
Enforce all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security.
Perform any other duties as directed by Store Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 5 years of retail experience with 3 years of supervisory experience.
Ability to inspire and influence a team, with an entrepreneurial vision, and high level of integrity and professionalism.
Able to work independently, highly adaptable, and detail-oriented.
Strong command of English; additional language skills are highly preferable.
