Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Client Onboarding Specialist to lead our end-to-end onboarding process. As the primary point of contact, you will ensure seamless integration of clients into our system.

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of client onboarding, including document review and verification.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize onboarding procedures and enhance client experience.
  • Monitor and resolve any issues or delays in the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit readiness.
  • Provide training and support to team members involved in client onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A successful candidate should possess:

  • 3+ years of experience in Know Your Customer/ Anti-Money Laundering (KYC/AML) onboarding.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
