Job Title: Community Partnerships Development Specialist

Job Description

This role plays a key part in our organization, responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that drive fundraising and engagement with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate and present confidently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies and initiatives to drive growth and engagement.
  • Build and strengthen collaborative relationships with stakeholders to enhance partnerships.
  • Implement and maintain effective donor management solutions to ensure operational efficiency and IT security.
  • Develop compelling proposals and appeal letters to attract donors and secure funding grants.
  • Maintain and grow the donor database to support digital giving initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements and regulations.
  • Conceptualise and develop volunteer programmes and events within approved timelines and budget.
  • Match volunteers to organisational needs while aligning with their skills and interests.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies for volunteers, including screening and orientation.
  • Identify and establish training platforms for volunteers and staff on volunteer management practices.
  • Plan and organise volunteer engagement initiatives, including annual appreciation events.
  • Manage volunteer registration, duty rosters, resource allocation, and participation tracking.
  • Supervise volunteers and ensure quality standards in service delivery.
  • Raise public awareness of volunteer programmes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in community partnership and fundraising.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Open to learning and receptive to guidance.
