Senior Operations Leader Job Description

As a Senior Operations Leader, you will oversee the end-to-end operations of a team to ensure timely and accurate processing of trades. You will work closely with sales and trading teams to support all stages of the trade lifecycle, prepare end-of-day reports for daily closure, and monitor trade execution, confirmations, and settlements.

The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in middle office operations, preferably within the cryptocurrency or financial services industry, and familiarity with regulatory frameworks applicable to cryptocurrencies. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for this role. Proficiency in MS Excel is also required, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients.
