Job Title: Global Trade Operations Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Trade Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for processing daily trade transactions in a timely and accurate manner, meeting service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily trade transactions efficiently and accurately within established service level agreements.
  • Conduct pre-processing reviews of customers' submissions and perform documentary checks.
  • Verify shipping documents and identify discrepancies according to ICC standard guidelines and International Standard Banking Practices.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve transactional issues.
