Key Responsibilities:

As a senior analyst in the field of genomics, you will be responsible for driving multiple projects: planning and performing sequencing data analyses, statistical analyses, and other relevant computational analyses and interpreting the results in the context of assigned research projects/questions.

You will work closely with principal investigators, clinicians, researchers and stakeholders to achieve the goals of the team. Your expertise in omics analyses is mandatory (any of WGS, WES, RNAseq, single-cell sequencing or similar), and knowledge and experience in biostatistical analyses of clinical datasets are preferred. You will also design, implement and maintain data processing pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and loading data from various sources.

Job Requirements:

  • Master/PhD in Computational Biology or Computer Science or Mathematics or Biostatistics or Physics preferred.
  • At least 3 years research experience in a Genomics-related field is mandatory.
