Procurement Specialist Role Overview
The Contract Management Team oversees the lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance and effective management of contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining contract awards to ensure alignment with agreed terms and project milestones.
- Tracking contract expiry dates and project completion status for timely renewals or terminations.
- Ensuring contractual changes are supported by appropriate documentation and approvals.
- Providing regular reports on contracts approaching expiry, including recommended follow-up actions.
- Monitoring expenditure for all awarded contracts.
- Conducting periodic reviews of contractual service performance and adherence.
- Confirming contractual obligations are fulfilled prior to contract closure.
- Onboarding 3rd party vendors, including debrief of roles and responsibilities.
- Developing and maintaining an annual calendar of contractual deliverables and tracking their completion status.
