Procurement Specialist Role Overview

The Contract Management Team oversees the lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance and effective management of contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining contract awards to ensure alignment with agreed terms and project milestones.
  • Tracking contract expiry dates and project completion status for timely renewals or terminations.
  • Ensuring contractual changes are supported by appropriate documentation and approvals.
  • Providing regular reports on contracts approaching expiry, including recommended follow-up actions.
  • Monitoring expenditure for all awarded contracts.
  • Conducting periodic reviews of contractual service performance and adherence.
  • Confirming contractual obligations are fulfilled prior to contract closure.
  • Onboarding 3rd party vendors, including debrief of roles and responsibilities.
  • Developing and maintaining an annual calendar of contractual deliverables and tracking their completion status.
