Training and Development Specialist

This role is responsible for creating and implementing effective learning strategies and training programs for a contact centre team. As a Training and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for building and executing learning initiatives that enhance staff skills and techniques.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to improve staff performance and productivity.
  • Evaluate individual, organization, and program training needs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Translate requirements into engaging trainings through various learning methods.
  • Assess training effectiveness and incorporate taught skills and techniques into staff work behaviour.
  • Report training progress and maintain knowledge portal content up-to-date by collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Proactively review content to improve its effectiveness.

Requirements:
  • At least five years of experience in training and/or quality assurance within a contact centre environment, with at least two years in a managerial role.
  • At least three years' experience in a training role within a contact centre or similar customer service setting.
