As an Event Management Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the project team in implementing events and projects on-site. This includes communicating with clients from event preparation to planning and execution. You will also manage client expectations regarding projects, events, or exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist project teams in implementing events and projects on-site
• Communicate with clients throughout the event lifecycle
• Manage client expectations regarding projects, events, or exhibitions
• Develop cost reports for approval and manage overall project costs to ensure healthy gross profit

Requirements:
• Degree / Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism Management or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years of experience in account servicing
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project
