Job Title: Ethics Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our ethics and compliance efforts. As an Ethics Compliance Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in embedding ethical behavior and compliance into our organizational culture.

  • You will define, document, and implement policies, procedures, and controls that ensure our organization's integrity and compliance standards are met.
  • You will lead the execution of our E&C Program across the region, ensuring effective governance structures, impactful training, and robust monitoring.
  • You will conduct compliance monitoring activities, identify risks, and suggest process improvements to maintain a dynamic environment.
  • You will provide compliance training and ensure completion of required learning programs, promoting a culture of integrity and compliance.
  • You will review compliance with internal and external standards, suggesting enhancements to our existing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement E&C policies and procedures.
  • Lead E&C program execution across the region.
  • Conduct compliance monitoring activities.
  • Provide compliance training.
  • Review compliance with internal and external standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management and operational execution skills.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, dashboards, and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High integrity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
