About the Team: High ethical standards and a culture of integrity are crucial to achieving the vision of the Ethics Office. The Ethics Office was established to guide ethical leadership and decision-making, develop and promote awareness of internal policies, and manage investigations. We seek a global Centre of Excellence (COE) talent with proven results in complex business environments. We are looking for a dedicated process improvement & data specialist to proactively identify areas for enhancement in the company's speak-up lifecycle and strengthen our ethics culture. This role also involves managing the lifecycle of investigations data.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of corporate ethics programs and skills in dashboarding.
Responsibilities
Support the ongoing enhancement of an ethical workplace culture through regular reviews of existing ethics programs to identify improvement opportunities.
Develop and implement new processes, frameworks, and workflows to mitigate risks within the company.
Conduct benchmarking and gap analysis against industry standards and evolving whistleblowing regulations.
Ensure systems and process alignment between China and the Rest-of-World regions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, HR, and leadership, to drive cross-functional projects.
Assist in case management and tracking of whistleblower reports to ensure proper resolution and remediation of control gaps.
Build and maintain dashboards, analyze data to generate insights for management reports (e.g., trend highlights, program effectiveness, risk areas).
Serve as the custodian of investigations data, focusing on improving data scope and quality.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Ethics, Compliance, or a related field.
Experience in process improvement within complex environments.
Excellent analytical skills, including expertise in data visualization and dashboarding.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in report writing and speak-up management within ethics, compliance, risk management, or corporate governance.
Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred for stakeholder engagement in Chinese-speaking markets and review of Mandarin-language documents.
