Job Description

The Nanyang Technology University seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Assistant Manager, Operations. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of training programmes. This includes coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Programme Management:
    • Ensure timely completion of programme activities within budget.
  • Administrative Support & Logistics Coordination:
    • Coordinate appointments for faculty members.
    • Handle administrative tasks related to programme execution.
    • Provide support to participants and faculty.
    • Manage procurement of services and materials.
    • Liaise with vendors for timely delivery and quality of services.
    • Keep records of expenditures.
    • Collect and analyze data for reports.
    • Plan and coordinate projects and events.
  • Communication:
    • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
    • Address issues or concerns promptly.
    • Collect and analyze feedback from programme participants.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Monitor and ensure the quality of training delivery.
    • Implement improvements based on feedback and best practices.
