Senior Infrastructure Expert Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our company's digital landscape. Your expertise in designing, configuring, and extending innovative solutions will be invaluable to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Leverage your skills in Copilot Studio / Agent Builder to craft custom plugins, actions, knowledge sources, and connectors that seamlessly integrate with Microsoft 365 services.
  • Integration and Orchestration: Seamlessly integrate agents with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, SharePoint/OneDrive, Microsoft Graph, and approved Large Language Model (LLM) endpoints.
  • Security and Compliance: Embed security-by-design principles to safeguard sensitive data and maintain system integrity.
  • Standards and Governance: Establish and enforce standards, playbooks, and best practices for agent creation, testing, deployment, and retirement.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, high-quality solutions and provide ongoing technical support.

Requirements:

  • Technical Experience: At least 3-6 years of relevant experience in a demanding environment.
  • Microsoft Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft 365/Microsoft Graph, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams apps/bots, M365 Copilot, and Power Platform.
  • Custom Connector Development: Experience building and deploying custom connectors using Copilot Studio / Agent Builder.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to deliver high-impact projects while managing risks and prioritizing tasks.
