Seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a Research Strategy Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Description

The primary role of the Research Strategy Coordinator is to support the planning and execution of workshops focused on research strategy, collaboration, and innovation. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders, scheduling events, and managing logistics. Additionally, the coordinator will be responsible for generating summaries and action points from the workshops, as well as tracking progress and following up with attendees.


Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the planning of workshops, including coordination with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Executing logistics planning, including liaising with vendors and scheduling events.
  • Coordinating with multiple stakeholders to track progress and follow up on workshop outcomes.

Key qualifications and skills required for this position include:

Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least five years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with external stakeholders, faculty, and senior management.
  • Proactive, independent, and resourceful with strong decision-making skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
