Corporate Restructuring Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished professional to take on the challenging role of Restructuring and Recovery Manager/A Manager. The successful candidate will be a key player in managing and delivering effective solutions for clients facing financial difficulties.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage various corporate and individual restructuring methods, including liquidation, judicial management, receiverships, scheme of arrangement, and bankruptcy cases.
- Support clients with bespoke crisis management and corporate advisory projects tailored to their unique challenges and goals.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, evaluate clients' financial health, and develop customized turnaround strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, creditors, and regulatory authorities.
- A degree or professional qualification in Accountancy.
- At least 4 years of proven and relevant insolvency experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and confidence in managing client relationships.
