Job Title: Operations Planning SpecialistJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Planning Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating inspection schedules, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate inspection schedules for lifts and escalators, including annual inspections and full load testing for Permit to Operate (PTO) renewal;
  • Coordinate with teams, clients, engineers, and inspectors to ensure smooth inspections;
  • Monitor site progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines and regulatory requirements;
  • Maintain proper documentation, including inspection records, updates, and reports;
  • Evaluate accuracy and responsiveness throughout the inspection and coordination process;
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in project coordination;
  • Strong planning and coordination skills;
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities;
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
