Operations Planning Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Operations Planning Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed plans and schedules of work, using visual aids such as bar charts and procedural diagrams to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed project timelines, including key milestones and deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain accurate project reports, including progress updates and status tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential roadblocks and develop solutions.
  • Maintain adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational background in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in building or civil projects.
