Are you a seasoned Field Service professional aiming to elevate your career in the service sector? Copeland presents a remarkable opportunity for you. The Senior Field Service Engineer will be tasked with conducting site assessments and implementing Valve Connected Services (VCS) projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate weekly VCS data and prepare monthly reports for clients.
  • Engage in site surveys and the execution of all valve-related initiatives.
  • Carry out diagnostics and troubleshooting for valves and control instruments on-site for clients.
  • Perform valve repair operations both at the facility and on customer premises as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the Final Control Group to generate customer reports focusing on root cause analysis.
  • Proactively identify opportunities on-site to generate sales leads for Copeland products, services, and solutions.
  • Adhere to workplace safety regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Several years of relevant experience, ideally within the instrumentation, process, or service sectors.
  • Strong understanding of control valves, control systems, and instrumentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a task-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel on short notice.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Experience in service operations or maintenance (mechanical and electrical) is advantageous.
