Job Title: Operations Leadership Role for Tyre Servicing

Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced leader to oversee tyre servicing operations.

The successful candidate will supervise, lead and motivate a team of service technicians.

Deploy service technicians for onsite tyre servicing, attend customer requests at the indoor workshop, handle walk-in and phone inquiries from customers.

Liaise between customers and service technicians on matters arising from job assignments, perform administrative duties such as posting service notifications, inventory replenishment, tools & equipment maintenance and replenishment.

Plan duty rosters for night standby shifts, be on standby for night service calls on a rotational basis.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Possess experience supervising workers in an automotive workshop

· Prior experience in manpower deployment of drivers is highly preferred
