Job Description:

The Clinical Services Planning Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical/population health strategies and plans. This involves mapping existing services, identifying care gaps, gathering relevant data points, and prioritizing initiatives. The role requires effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders to enhance integration and coordination of care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing clinical/population health strategies and plans
  • Maintaining effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing secretariat and administrative support, including preparation of minutes, papers, and presentations

The Clinical Services Planning Manager will also work closely with relevant stakeholders to develop and manage population health programmes, including grant management, project management, and budget planning.

Additionally, the role involves working with internal and external stakeholders to collate information and submit regular reports required by management or committees.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and organization skills, with the ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines. A bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, or business administration is preferred, along with 3-5 years of relevant working experience in public healthcare.
