Clinical Services Planning Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Clinical Services Planning Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical strategies that drive population health outcomes.
In this role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance integration and coordination of care between hospitals, primary care, and community care. You will also provide effective secretariat and administrative support, stakeholder management, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Strategy Development: Develop and implement clinical/population health strategies and implementation plans.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Organize and coordinate engagements and opportunities for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Administrative Support: Provide effective secretariat and administrative support, including preparation of minutes, papers, and presentations.
- Grant Management: Work planning and grant management for Population Health programmes.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Business Administration.
- Work Experience: 3-5 years of relevant working experience in public healthcare.
- Skill Set: Ability to multitask, work under tight timelines, and possess good analytical and organizational skills.
