Job Description:

The Resident Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall supervision of a mixed development project in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
  • Implement and maintain site supervision quality and safety assurance systems.
  • Understand and interpret drawings and contract documents to guide works execution.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of site activities, meetings, and technical submissions.
  • Participate in site progress and technical meetings to resolve issues and ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in civil engineering or related field, with strong knowledge of local construction practices.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Structural Engineering.
  • Registered Professional Engineer with IES/BCA, holding valid certification.
  • Experience in managing projects involving PPVC method.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Supervisory experience in midrise structures, contiguous bored piles, earth retaining support structures, prestressed structures, piling, and associated construction works.
  • Experience in underground pedestrian link and underground structure construction works.
