Job Title: Resident Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Site Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements.

About the Role:

  • Manage a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure all site activities comply with regulations and client's requirements.
  • Report to the Construction Manager, work closely with regulatory authorities and contractors to provide supervision on site, resolve site issues, and ensure timely project completion.
  • Be competent in carrying out supervision of structural works by identifying non-conformity of contractor's works on site.
  • Strong ability to interpret drawings and contract documents on works to be carried.
  • Complete understanding of local requirements, especially compliance with BCA's criteria for build-ability and safety assurance system.
  • Carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM.
  • Manage site supervisors with respect to C&S engineering works, architectural, and M&E engineering works.
  • Attend site, progress, variation, and coordination meetings. Interpret drawings and contract documents on works to be carried.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Recognized degree in Civil/Structural Engineering acceptable for registration with the PE Board, Singapore.
  • Accredited with IES/ACES with a valid Resident Engineer Practicing.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience preferably in steel and precast building construction.
  • Familiar with local Regulations/Codes for Civil and Structural related to building projects.
  • Experience in condominium project.
  • Good team player and experience in leading a team of Resident Technical Officers.
  • Carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM.
  • Supervision of C&S and Architecture works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site.
  • Strong ability to interpret the drawings and contract documents on works to be carried.
  • Supervision and manage site supervisors with respect to C&S and Architecture Work.
  • Ability to resolve site and technical issues, prepare and document detailed site progress reports.
